Bear, black cinnamon, is a subspecies distinction as photos can illustrate from dark brown to white, but all are peaceful to most farm stock. This species is often confused with grizzly and is feared and killed unnecessary. These animals are very peaceful and will not attack people; they are smaller, with furred rear instep, a less concave face, smaller claws, and longer, smoother and more tapered ears. This species is separated into 16 subspecies, which vary slightly in appearance and DNA. Their colors can be very different from very dark brown to blonde and even white. Most species don’t have white chest patch.
